Minnesota Realtors (MNR) was having an identity crisis. Although the century-old trade association boasted more than 22,000 members, many were uncertain what value they got for their member dollars.

As part of a multi-channel awareness campaign, I helped spotlight MNR’s expertise and capabilities with two new publications: The Minnesota Realtor magazine, a bi-monthly journal featured interviews with real estate leaders, business topics, and investigations of housing-related social issues; and The Legal Download, a monthly newsletter exploring nuances of real estate law in clear, accessible language.

The publications quickly became MNR’s most popular Marketing Communications products, and elevated MNR’s reputation for guidance, insight, and thought leadership. The Minnesota Realtor magazine received two DotCom Platinum awards for excellence in news content and design.
